Covering Publication Expenses For Papers and Abstracts

At least one author of each accepted paper/abstract must be registered at the appropriate registration rate (Member, Non-member, Student Member, Student Non-member, or 1-day registration, as applicable) in order to upload the final submission. Once a manuscript has been uploaded, the registration fees cannot be refunded. Please be sure that the attending author completes the payment and uploads the final paper/abstract before the Submission Deadline of Camera-Ready Papers and Extended Abstracts.

One non-student registration will cover the publication expenses of only TWO accepted papers/abstracts, while one student registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper/abstract. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper/abstract publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper/abstract is removed from the proceedings.
