When will I be able to register for the conference?
Registration will open on or before September 1. Once open delegates will be able to register through the registration page.
When will I be able to submit a paper or abstract for the conference?
Paper and abstract submission is open . Visit the “Submission Instructions” page for more information.
How do I view the program online?
The program will be updated on the conference website as it is confirmed. For updates, please see the pages located under the Program tab.
How do I get to the conference?

When is the early registration deadline?
The early bird registration deadline is October 10, 2024.
Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
All registrations are paid for online however if this is not possible, please contact us at ckravec@conferencecatalysts.com.
Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in USD to ensure that the full amount is received.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.
How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
An invitation letter will be issued after you have registered and payment has been received.
