Students (graduate and undergraduate) and recent postdocs are eligible to apply for the NextGen Scholar recognition ($300 discount on the registration fees). If you are applying for NextGen Scholar and still awaiting the decision, please don’t register yet.

Note:
- All fees are in US Dollars.
- Refunds: General attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if canceled in the CVENT registration system prior to October 26, 2025. There are no registration refunds after October 26, 2025. Authors who have uploaded their final papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
Covering Expenses For Paper Publication
At least one author of the paper must be registered at the appropriate full conference rate (Member, Non-member, Student member, Student non-member) in order to upload the final paper (deadline: September 26th). Once a manuscript has been uploaded, the registration fees cannot be refunded. Please be sure that the attending author completes the payment and uploads the final paper before the Submission Deadline of Camera-Ready Papers and Extended Abstracts.
One author registration will cover the publication expenses of only TWO accepted papers while one student registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
